  : Convenient to the expressway and Cincinnati.
  : The hotel is under new management. Upon check in they tried to put me in a double when we had requested a king suite and prepaid for it. I was moved but it still sucked as we were traveling with a toddler. So there were a lot of moving parts. The hotel rooms all smelled weird and to be honest probably could do with a better scrub down. The pool did not have towels, and we were told by staff in the elevator you needed to request towels at the front desk- upon leaving we did see a sign posted about it and that they charged a fee for towels not returned. Weird, but ok. They also listed breakfast on the website but there was a sign at check in stating no breakfast was provided. They also had other aggressive signage posted about rates and stays which was weird.

  : Value, Beds and pillows were good, Pool was good
  : The smell throughout the building lingered of marijuana, air conditioning in room only points to the one next to air (doesn’t cool the room), no breakfast, the room the pool was in was hot, odd people lingering outside the hotel at odd hours, let me repeat NO BREAKFAST! Only microwave was in the lobby. The frig didn’t work, whole bar of soap left in the shower, the faucet not connected to the sink.

  : The location was great not to far from the zoo or really anything. It was clean but the cons absolutely out weighed the pros.
  : When we first arrived they gave us a room someone else was already in. So we had to go get that sorted out. Everytime we would leave our room our keys wouldn't work to let us back in we'd have to go get them remagnitized. I checked into both of the rooms I reserved but they said I didn't and charged a cancelation fee.... it's currently in the process of being returned... it just constantly seemed like one problem after another. It wasn't very relaxing and honestly was super stressful.

  : it was clean and the rooms are converted from older smaller hotel rooms so each one has two full bathrooms and then a room with a bed and a room with a tv and couch which is nice if one person gets up early or you both want to shower at the same time or whatever
  : when i got there they gave me a sheet with all this stuff that they would charge extra for - late checkout (which i get, no issue there) and not putting your pool towel back in a certain spot (we didn't actually use the pool so i don't know where) and then said it would charge ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS if you stained one of their towels. thankfully no additional charges were added to my bill but the whole thing seemed so completely petty so i won't be staying here again just on principle. absolutely ridiculous to say you're going to charge a guest $100 for a towel you probably bought in bulk for $1.50

  : Just was not clean and the hallway and stairways the room was nice but they had you afraid to sleep on the sheet because of 75 dollars deposit for the sheet if you get a stain in our four day stay they never change them .

  : Checked us into a room that was already occupied, Bathtub was disgusting with mold on caulk, pool said it closed at 10 and was told to get out by staff at 9, very outdated

  : I didn't like the stains on the mattress cover but I guess it happens but it still didn't bother us
