  : The room was not clean properly. I found some dirty and pissy towels under the sink in the bathroom. I spoke with the front desk, and they said they would send someone up to clean the rooms, but not until the 4x's of me asking is when someone final showed up.

  : Elevator hold ups were terrible. I waited over 25 minutes before walking down 4 flights of stairs and making the two trips up and down.

  : The location and front staff desk were the best part of this hotel. The breakfast was fine but there isn’t enough seating.
  : There was food trash left in my room from the previous people which smelt disgusting. We witnessed a physical fight break out during breakfast which scared my kids. Some of the photos still show a hot tub- there is no hot tub. Paying for WIFI at a hotel that costs so much to stay at is ridiculous. Scrambled eggs were wet, not cooked completely so be aware. Takes forever to get an elevator down to breakfast unless you are one of the top floors. One morning we had to wait for 5 elevators before any had room. Tried the stairs but they said employees only when we got down to the bottom levels.The curtains out to the hallway are see through when lights are on inside the room. My 9 year old daughter unwillingly saw a naked man in his room because of this.For what this hotel costs, choose somewhere else.

  : Pool was 3.5-4 ft deep, and my kids enjoyed it. Gym was big with lots of equipment. Breakfast had lots of options and was always restocked. Location was fantastic to walk to places.
  : The trash in our room wasn’t emptied under the sink so I had to take out two bags of it. Our body wash in the bottle in the shower ran totally out the first night. The cleaning staff came in and turned over our room on our final morning before we had even checked out, and we were planning to use the room still.
