  : It has a central location at the heart of Chaves, and it is well close to supermarkets and cafs. The breakfast was varied and we got to have a treat on our last day, with some fresh made Pasteis de Chaves.
  : The room was facing the street, and as it was a weekend, there was some noise coming from the cafs on the street - especially when they were closing and removing the outdoor tables. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi and we could only use it in the ground floor. 1st and 2nd floor Wi-Fi was not connecting to an IP. As it was weekend, there was no technician coming to check on it.

  : Location is perfect. Breakfast was great, nothing like to have farm fresh fruit, and other touches to have a great start of the day, food was good. Liked on arrival the trust on us. in the end of all i would stay again.
  : The reception needs to be better, Happier and more atentious to the customer. No Internet pass given or details, Room was not showed to the guest or the premisses. For the youngest person was a bit disapointing she not be more in empathy with the customers. Room had to be cleaner, was event noticed steps from someone before on the chair, and was dusty. well we didnt wanted to be fussy, but on that same evening all other rooms were open and empty and nicely clean so not sure we were given the room that wasnt so clean. In the morning heading for breakfast isnt great you guys leave the laundry on the corridors and the steps on the stairwell just on the floor, on our eyes as a client is terrible to see that. Also, if you in portugal, why we have to watch tv from spain, and all movies under spanish. You need to sort that out. We still in portugal. Take this as growing comments. Also, on the check out, shame on the main receptionist not leaving all details properly done for the elderly to do the checkout.   : The owner of the hotel is very very nice lady. We had to do late check-in and she was Okey with it and gave as all the access needed to do so. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast delicious. During the breakfast we finally met with the lady as it seemed that she was there all the time running things, and she was so friendly with all the guests and other workers of the hotel. Very great experience and definitely would stay there again.

  : Good breakfast. Perfect location although a little noisy at night due to people outside and being so centrally located.
