  : Good size room and a great location to all of the surrounding places such as incline railway, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. Breakfast was better than a continental offering.
  : Room was missing a luggage rack. Desk chair was very dusty. Did locate a rack which was very dusty.

  : Room was dirty. Melted candy on the chair, dirty spoon in the drawer, large brown stains on the pull out sofas mattress and blood spots on the blanket cover.

  : Weekend staff was overwhelmed and did not provide good service. Contrary to the week staff.

  : Check in was ok went smooth.The young man at the desk was friendly. Went down hill from there.
  : We got to our room & found the sheets had not been changed.The shower towel matt was wet.There was a beer can in our bathroom trash can & the floors were filthy dirty. I reported it to the guy at the desk & all he done was give me clean sheete & towels & we had to change the bed sheets ourselves & the chair had a big white stain on the cushion. God only knows what it was from. . This is not a proper way to treet senior travlers after being on the road all day. I am very displeased with having to do the work. & clean a messy room before we could rest for the night. I was so mad I couldn't sleep as tired as I was..I spoke to a different desk clerk as I left early & told her the situation. She took my phone number so the manager could call me. When the manager gets back from vacation. There should be an assistant Mgr. To handle problems like this. Totally in disbelief of the room conditions we were given. I hope for a major discount for doing their work for them & not being able to get the rest I needed. Rant over. :(!!!!!!

  : The location was great. Most of the staff we met were friendly. Breakfast was well done.
  : One staff member was very short with us, it felt quite rude and as if she did not want to help. There were stains in several places in our room, even some sticky candy on the floor.
