  : I have still not received a refund for this room. There was no sleep, no soundproofing, bright hotel lights. Manager said "this is the last room available", so there was no chance to change rooms. The water in the tap was cloudy and granular. I boiled a kettle and I thought it must be the limescale in the kettle but it was the water in the tap. I could not drink the water. There was no soundproofing I could hear everything and I got no sleep at all. The room had bright lights beaming into it all night. The manager was unhelpful - draw the curtains - as if I hadn't! There was no water in the fridge and the fridge was not connected. While the bedclothes seemed clean the room did not. When I explained all this, having booked a train home through tiredness, he kept me talking and then said "what time's your train?" to put pressure on me instead of processing a refund. He'd already said indignantly "No breakfast??" when that costs extra and I was not giving him any more money. Miserable experience!!

  : The Hotel staff was very friendly and help full The breakfast was very good with a nice variation of fruit juices
  : The private parking of just 3 places for the entry cannot be reserved and were in use. the public parking close the the hotel wasn't an option for us as we travel with a high trolley that couldn't go in. Furthermore during the night the sound of speeding cars around the area and young people walking through the street make quit some noise

  : Extremely comfortable hotel, great location, very warm and friendly proprietor, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very well maintained, very clean, modern upgrades and a real eye for detail.
