  : Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a high school reunion and the Chalet was the closest and most convenient motel.
  : The parking lot needs serious resurfacing! Also the absence of any work surface like a desk or something similar made it very difficult to check email or do anything else on the computer. The overall 60s-70s vibe of the Chalet may not appeal to some folks but was fine with us.

  : The shower floor needs a rubber mat. The floor is very, very slippery.

  : Environment, pretty yard and pond with ducks swimming.
  : The only microwave is located outside, by the swimming pool. When it was pouring rain, we had to run outside to heat up our take-out and got wet.Lights not all working in the room. A kind of dark.A staff member did not heat up water during breakfast period until asked. She was talking on her self phone the whole time. Besides, no hot water/breakfast until 8 a.m. The individually packed cake/bun items do not have expiration date labels except one which sat on the top of all. We didn't take any of them over our 3 day-stay as a result. Besides, It's a bit late for people who have to get back on the road.
