  : It was located near the activities we were involved in. The breakfast was handy. Comfortable room.
  : Really my only complaint is that the shower doesn't have an hooks to hang washrags or other wet things.

  : In a decent location. Right across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
  : The looks of this hotel are VERY deceiving. The two guys working in the lobby would lay down on the lobby furniture on their phones and jump up when someone came in. Unprofessional and weird. I thought just some guest hanging out in the lobby was coming up to me. They checked us into a filthy room that had been made to look like it was cleaned. The sheets and pillowcases were horribly wrinkled, which I thought was strange? After pulling back the sheets was when we noticed the fresh stains and HAIR. Bathroom was disgusting as well, so there was no way we were staying in a room like that. I went downstairs telling them Id change the sheets myself and asked if theyd give me some cleaner for the bathroom. They insisted on moving us to another room. Everything on the beds once again was horribly wrinkled, but we didnt notice anything in them Body hair could be found all over the room. Shower was filthy & the shower door had been broken. Instead of replacing it, they hung a nasty looking curtain that was too short, so water got all over the bathroom. There were toenails/fingernails on the bathroom sink. No carpet in the rooms and it was obvious the floors hadnt been mopped in forever because my socks had turned black on the bottom. If I wanted to stay in a disgusting place like that, then I wouldve saved some money and stayed at the motel 6 next door. This place needs some serious work.

  : The shower head was wonderful. Up high so I didn't have to shrink down (I am 5'10). The beds and duvets were very comfortable.
  : Lo Lock on door didn't work. We inquired with desk to fixed it and was told they could not. Shower door seal was coming off, that could not be fixed either.Night light provided was burnt out. Late checkout was a joke. Cleaning staff rude.
