  : Rooms are clean consistent water temp. It doesn't fluctuate between hot and cold like a lot of hotels do.
  : Locations sucks that you have to drive about 5 minutes into town but oh well.

  : Well the pictures always seem to make it better than it actually is. So I was a lil disappointed. It is what it is for 60 to 70 dollars. Just a cheap motel.

  : Location and staff was helpful when we had issue with room key not working
  : The building did not look to be maintained starting with the fact that for a non smoking establishment the second you walked in the halls along with the rooms just smelled like smoke. The rooms, although relatively clean or not great I had a burn hole in one of the two rooms that we had gotten for the price it should have been better. The floors were sticky. There were stains on the chair, just not kept up well. Part of the curtains didn’t work the bathrooms or the room in general seem to have almost a mold smell. Overall the experience was not great, especially since we were traveling with two young children. Unfortunately, I didn’t take individual pictures. I took a video which it does not allow me to upload.

  : The WIFI went out. The tv worked through the wifi and I needed it for to do work on my laptop. I had to use the hotspot on my phone for internet access. The front desk told me that they were experiencing issues with the wifi and their system at the counter as well. I was told that they were getting someone to work on it and that they would document it. When I spoke to the person at the front desk the next morning, she said that there was no documentation of the WIFI being out and getting a technician to attend to the matter. I asked for what could be done since my stay was not up to the standard of what I expected. I was not offered anything at all. Not a discount, points or anything at all. The lady at the counter did write it down in a notebook and hopefully it's still there. I really needed the wifi.

  : I did not have wash cloth or towels we I got off from work had to wait on them to wash some mold on the heating and air vent bed sheet stained
