  : The hotel was close to family that we were visiting
  : Not only is the hotel a dump, the owner is dishonest. Due to an emergency, we only stayed one night of the six nights that we paid for. We checked out the next day, and were told that the other five nights would be refunded. After not receiving our refund, and not getting a response from the motel to my emails, I contacted corporate and was told the motel showed us checking out after six nights. My bad for not getting a folio on our way out. The owner finally my called me and pretended that he would look into the matter. He called back and told me that housekeeping delivered towels and cleaned the room everyday. This is a laugh. Signs at the hotel state that towels will only be changed every three days. The owner obviously lied to me, thinking I would back down. I also asked him to check property cameras which would prove we checked out after one night. He would only respond that there is no proof that we checked out after one night. Never again will I even consider a Motel 6 no matter how convenient.
