  : Nice room. Bed OK, but a little too soft for my taste. Room clean. AC works. It is a private room with mostly shared facilities. The Shared bathroom (yes, this is actually disclosed as shared in the ad), but it is very small - tiny shower will be too small if you are a large person.
  : I felt VERY mislead by the description of this unit. "Tea/coffee maker in all rooms" NOT TRUE! "All guest rooms come with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine" NOT TRUE. "All rooms have a kettle" - NOT TRUE. Poorly stocked SHARED kitchen (not private) with only two forks and a few other utensils (see photo). No cutting board, no paper towels. No stovetop to cook with at all. NOT a "private suite". No desk. No private entrance. Also clogged sink, loose towel bar which fell down when I put a towel on it.

  : Location, good budget, very good communication, easy check in and out
  : Cleanliness, there was a lot of hair, a sticky stain on the floor, and a greesy stain on the wood table.Also, I had a bad guest next door who slammed their room door and bathroom door every 2 hours since 9 pm during the night until morning. They didn't care for other guest. I just had a bad luck. However, I am satisfied for my stay. Thank you very much.

  : Only thing I didn't like was sharing a bathroom and how hot the bathroom was. Other than that I loved it!

  : How close everything was. The staff was very accommodating. The staff was decent to return my lost wallet. It was greatly appreciated. It's was also very easy to take an Uber to the Airport.
  : It could use more lighting to the back for safety reasons.
