  : The staff were nice and welcoming. The food (honey garlic wings) were great from the hotel restaurant. The place itself was very wonderful.
  : But, the bed was quite uncomfortable. It was very hard and my husband and I did not get a good night's rest. Also, we were charged additional fees that we weren't aware of beforehand. We were charged a destination fee and a tourism fee. Those fees were not mentioned upon check-in.

  : Asked for a room that was not looking at dumpster, got a room with absolutely no view look at kitchen exhaust discharge. Not funny, if I was staying longer would have been more vocal. Shame on the person who assigned us this room.

  : Love that there's a walkway into Legoland only about a 5 min walk from the hotel, there's a bar inside the hotel with good drinks, there's 2 pools and a small splash pad for the kids in the "neighboring hotel" and there's a total of 3 hot tubs and some fire pits which you can make s'mores in. The beds are really comfy but the lay out of the room should be different for the 2 bedroom suites.You also get a $25 a day credit which you can use for breakfast at the hotel or alcohol which was nice, but you need to use it that day or you loose it.
  : The room was extremely HOT to the point where it was uncomfortable to sleep and had to leave the balcony door open. I sent a message to facilities to come and fix the AC and they didn't come. There's also no microwave in the suite. The brewery nextdoor has amazing food But I ordered for pickup to SAVE THE 23% room delivery service and the people at the restaurant were extremely upset for whatever reason that I didn't get the room service and decided to pick up the order myself.The parking is underground and if you have a lifted truck past 7'0" it won't fit due to the Parking lot having pipes all over the ceiling that are lower than the 7" FYI.

  : The location was perfect for us. The grounds were nice.
  : The beds were too soft, back hurt for me and my sons later.The room walls were dirty.We had spiders in the bathroom.

  : Breakfast was absolutely inedible and very expensive for what it was. Rooms a bit dated.

  : I really liked where it was located. Great views, easy access, and lovely rooms
  : The hours of the cafe in the hotel. States they reopen for lunch at 12 but they didn’t open til nearly 1… terrible. The other guests also were so rude I nearly complained to the staff. There was an older woman who was telling my children they couldn’t splash water in the pool. Ridiculous

  : But I’ll be very clear, staffs amazing if wasn’t Cherie Frost. Sorry this lady messed up with the vibe. She come complain to me about 3kids playing in they silent pool, I never thought about is such a thing as silent pool, I can understand if you are talking about library. She has that atitude of superiority on listed my Brazilian accent lol… I told her that was no problem I can take my kids out of silent pool if the return at list half of my $600 a night and she gave her back and walk way. Seriously? Also, she refuse the 5miles shuttle to us saying that it took very long and the driver told us that any time he would be available to us. Please, train better that ungrateful woman.
