  : There was rubbish strewn all around the street including in the front garden and around the door of the property. Understand that you are not responsible for the settee and fridge dumped across the road, but your cleaners should really clean up the crisp packets etc around the mat and step on entry. The light in the corridor had broken. On arrival we had to use our phones to get up to the top floor in complete darkness. The room itself was ok and had been cleaned adequately bUT there was a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom drains. Enough to make you heave when you went in there. We basically got out of the room as quickly as we could in the morning to avoid it. There was also a screwed up bunch of tissues in the corner when we arrived. We payed 3x normal price due to the high demand with the rugby match which would have been understandable if the hotel had been better, but on balance we felt completely ripped off.

  : Well located, just across the river from the Principality Stadium. Very compact but nicely fitted out.
  : Our room was in the former attic of the building, and so was a little cramped, and also very warm, and this was only a wet weekend in March. The room lights were a bit temperamental, and some bulbs were missing.Unfortunately we had some noise from late arriving guests in the early hours of the morning, who could have been more considerate. I guess thats the downside of having no staff on site.

  : Great location. The studio was clean, very tidy and we all I needed.
  : Just the gap between shower glass and wall need a trim piece to avoid water spilling out to floor and running to bedroom.

  : Spacious room, plenty of amenities, good location, loads of storage space, comfy bed. All in all very good room
  : Bedside lamp didn't work, no soap in the bathroom, shower is a bit of a pain to work
