  : The rooms were very cozy and decorative if you would be at home not your typical hotel look the staff was exceptional friendly and that it was close to the shops on Washington Street
  : The AC malfunction on the third floor there was no staff available .at 2:00 to 4:00 in the morning a room temperature was at 90° maintenance man could not figure out how to fix the problem and I could not get a discount or get a one-night refund because booking.com is supposed to contact me and to get a refund sweating waking up I would appreciate booking.com to contact me in regards of a discount or a one-night refund it was miserable 90° in our room could not sleep Mom and I went out onto the front porch and sat there until staff came in the morning at 6:00 a.m.

  : Breakfast was superb each morning and having an option for delivery to our room made was very mich appreciated! Entire staff was superb and those smiles were spectacular! We did have an issue with AC in our original room but manager Mr. Scott was able to arrange a seamless transfer to another similar room that was much more comfortable. Dinners at Ebbitt House were amazing! Our anniversary card was a very nice touch. And, the chauterie plate and the chocolate covered strawberries were perfect accompaniment for an afternoon we spent on Cape May beach! Thanks much for making our trip very special and memorable!!

  : Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room charge; however, on our 2nd day there, breakfast was never received. Their approach toward the problem, was very nonchalant. Left a detailed message for the manager, but no return call as yet.
