  : Size of the apartment was adequate for a family of 3 to 4. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and tidy.
  : LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION!! Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman (unknown at the time that he is actually the owner). From the beginning he was very rude and almost insulting. He is very insistent on the apartment remaining exactly as it is when he returns to inspect the apartment at check out (which you have to be present). It is demanded that you: Sort and Take the trash out, and the Bathroom and Floors remain spotless. We have stayed in many Airbnb's and apartments before and have NEVER been requested to leave the apartment spotless upon checkout, otherwise he will not refund your deposit. He doesn't demand this in a polite way, but he was argumentative, condescending, and rude with my wife & mother-in-law (whom speak Spanish). They require a 250euro deposit upon arrival, which is abnormally high for this sort of stay as it was half of our stay price. Also WARNING, he will request you sign a document stating that the property will be left in PERFECT conditions upon check-out to receive the full deposit back. At our checkout inspection he tried to withhold our deposit for marks left in the common stairwell. This is absolutely unacceptable as this is a communal area trafficked by other guests and has nothing to do with our stay. We made many calls to the phone number provided during our stay to the property management who helps him list his property on this booking platform and they were very understanding and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the owner is the one you come into contact with and he should have no interaction with guests, as he is condescending and rude. In the end we would have MUCH preferred them to cancel our booking and refund our money than to stay at his property. I would have preferred the stress of searching new accommodation than to be treated in the manner in which we were. In part he tarnished the last part of our vacation because from the moment we entered, we did not feel welcomed.
