  : Location is great - nice beach is close. Very suitable for families. Areal Villaggio A Mare is quiet, just our apartment was noisy.
  : Our apartmen was noisy. Wi-Fi access was not working. And we were missing towels and blankets. You can visit Caorle only by car or bus. Not in walking distance.

  : Friendly personnel who reacted quickly on our requests. The residence is located in 600 m from the sea, and we had free place on the beach. Beach is clean and safe, and perfect for kids. There's bike rent near the residence. Pool is very nice. All safety measures are followed (masks, desinfection means available, social distance kept). At the territory of the residence there is a cafe, a burgers restaurant, pizzeria, small shop and entertainment area for kids and adults. The center of Caorle is in 7 minutes away with a car. Porto Santa Margarita is 15 minutes by foot.
  : The first day and night was tough, the air conditioning wasn't working good and was repaired only the next day (but reaction of the personnel was quick, it was good). The location of the room is above the Cafe, and loud music finished only at 11.30 p.m. So, first impression was quite bad. We were tired after 8 hours of road, but couldn't sleep. The price of the room doesn't include bed clothes and towels, this was surprising.

  : We loved the large house with convenient parking. Loved the private backyard most of all! The kitchen had all that we needed. The community area with the restaurants and bakery were fabulous! My kids loved the arcade too. The pool was clean and pretty. The walk to the beach was easy and took 10 minutes. The chairs and umbrella provided were amazing and we spent hours enjoying the beach!
  : The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool was not fun with all the rules. There was very little direction given by the check in crew... like how do you get to the beach. We didnt mind renting the linens, but it would have been nice to have had blankets too.

  : The whole village and villas were nice. Pretty quaiet place. We were enjoying the pizzeria. The appartement was well equipped. Air condition working well when windows closed. The beach was nice and very safe for kids.
  : The description of the property is not correct in two points: 1) It is not 2 minutes walk to the sea, but at least 6 minutes from reception to reception for adult. From our villa it was about 11 minutes walk. 2) There is no sea view from the whole village. Nor from its view tower. There is no wifi in the appartements. Only wired internet, so take with you a wifi router or notebook with ethernet port + ethernet cable (which you can rent for a few euros) to create a wifi hotspot. Be ready to pay some additional fees in cash: 20EUR some local tax, 10EUR per person per stay for towels and bed lining, you need to have or buy caps to enter the pool. There is even no toilet paper nor anything necessary to dish washes!
