  : Good location, nice room design with leather, mirror and wood finishes, renovated bathrooms. As a Booking.com bookers, we received a voucher for a round of drinks in the bar (a glass of Prosecco or juice), which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our interaction with the very positive and talented barman - Kaurentin. He will make you want to come back!
  : We booked Deluxe Twin Room with Sea View. During the booking process, we specified in notes a preference for a high floor and balcony, as shown in the room types photos. We also followed up with an email directly to the hotel, requesting the same and a few restaurant reservations. The concierge was unable to assist as he sadly lacked the necessary connections or relationships with the restaurant. When we arrived, sadly, the comments regarding our room preferences were not in the system and we ended up having a room on the 2nd floor with no balcony and a king size bed. After having me explaining, that I shared our room preferences with the hotel twice a week prior to arrival, the Front Desk Agent told me that I should have also called the hotel, which doesnt meet my expectations from a 5* property. As a result, no rooms with our preferences were available. After very long and exhausting negotiations with the hotel team and front office manager, at 6 pm weve managed to get the room we originally booked. No compensation was provided. The housekeeping service is inconsistent. When we first checked in, the room had obviously not been vacuumed. Also, please note that the hotel charges a 5 delivery fee for in-room dining, but none of the times were we informed about this charge over the phone when placing an order.

  : In my room from 7am big sound of public works cant sleep more and it was very unplesant for an hotel like this one so i ll never take this hotel afain because the staff of the hotel didnt make a commercial gesture for us

  : Its what you would expect from a JW Marriott great location, typical large scale American hotel catering to the business travelers needs. Would have liked more of a French touch, but this may be more of a business hotel.
  : Closures of the roof bar and pool and beach club due to Cannes festival prep was a bit upsetting as I would have booked elsewhere. The front desk had few options re what was open; but not a big deal.

  : Great for conferences/business meetings.Room was very clean, modern, perfect sound isolation. Had very good sleep there.
  : Didnt like gym: not very good view. Pool at terrace windy and with no real view . Area with chairs with the view without sun shields and proper anemities.

  : I was charged twice for my stay and still trying to get a full refund of the monies owing and transaction fees incorrectly taken from my credit card.The whole trip was ruined by stress and incompetence
  : Charged me twice for my room and very noisy due to large building works taken place next door! No chance of a sleep in!!!

  : breakfast was good and hotel was very clean and staff helpful
  : I was charged twice for the room and still awaiting a refund days later, I have started legal action against the hotel for this full refund. Every day we went to reception (day and night!!!) to complain about money being taken from my credit card that should have been cancelled and removed from the system as we had paid in full on my partners card I have been very unwell back here in the UK with the stress of getting my full refund and additional transaction charges repaid to me that should never have been taken
