  : Great highway access, no bugs.
  : Shockingly dirty room with uncleaned shower and sink. Broken shower (pictured is the water pressure and how I had to hold the shower head to use it), excessively stained or dirty bedding, holes in the curtains, clogged bathtub drain (pictured is the bath I got to take during my shower), broken lights that flashed like it was a rave or party, extra charge per additional child, broken AC unit, room was 90+ upon arrival and took hours to cool off, staff stared at me but didn't respond to me when I greeted them, extra 3-4% charge for using debit card.

  : The location was great.
  : I'm a firm believer that a customer should not have to go all the way to reserve a room. I am all for the purposes of safety and security when it comes to identification and theft. When a customer is already purchased the room and is already occupying the room, there should never be a reason to have the custom come to a facility or something can be done over the phone or via email to confirm the vitality of any questions about service or payment. There needs to be easier transition from this facility or owners to make it easier for customers.
