  : This is the second time we have stayed and have found the pillows very uncomfortable and flat. We have to put clothes underneath them to make them firmer. Please sort it out.

  : Price comfort (old building but expected and very clean and good price for location (central Calais)
  : Desk had tv and kettle etc but had a nice adjustable table lamp but the switch was under the desk near the wall so as elderly was unable to kneel down to switch it on (cables passed through 1/2 ins gap at wall so switch only reached by kneeling on floor )

  : Bed was clean and breakfast acceptable. There was a garden for the dog to make use of for last walk.
  : Premises extremely run down and shabby. No restaurant on site and nothing nearby. Room very shabby and small with mould around the bath and we were told we could only have one bath towel each and no hand towels!! The imposing security gates did nothing to instill confidence that the place was safe, nor did the obvious lack of other guests. We have stayed in several other Campanile hotels in France which have all been in a completely different league to this. Highly disappointing and sadly cannot recommend!
