  : Air conditioning was pathetic. Spoiled my overnight stay as I was sweating all night even though air con was on full and at lowest temperature

  : It is very close to the sea side, friendly staff.
  : We had a room for two adults and one child. The childs bed was a foldable bed with a thin mattress. We had no space to move around as it was very small room, the bathroom and balcony were the same, very small. Breakfast was very basic and the same all mornings, dinner was good, tasty and diverse, coffee wasnt the best; no drinks were included at dinner which is understandable but they could offer at least tap water for free, you have to pay for this.

  : The property was in a great location for the beach which is what we wanted
  : It was full of Germans French and Dutch we were the only English people there the first week there second week we did hear a couple of English speaking people there .the staff spoke very little English the only person we spoke to was the canteen manager who told us they dont get many English guests and the hotel was more for German French and Dutch people had we known this we would never have booked this hotel the second day there the electricity went off and later on the gas went off we had no breakfast or dinner the next day only salad and deserts then they tried to charge me for water which I refused to pay for until I got some food there was a meeting about what was happening in the bar area which was in different languages which I didnt understand I asked the rep did she speak English and could she explain to me what was going on she said if the electricity was not on by Tuesday they were going to move us to sillot when I told her I did not want to go there she said we dont have any other hotels in Cala Millor but fortunately the power came back on around midnight the whole experience ruined our holiday which we paid a lot of money for we had no conversations with anyone in our hotel even the people either side of our balconies which had about a three foot wall between us never even acknowledge us even though we did try to talk to them would not recommend this hotel for any English people I would never go there again

  : We had half pansion deal. The dinner was very rich. Wonderful view from the balcony. Best location - in the very center, close to evening concerts.
  : Although personel was very helpful, they do not know English too well. It slowed down the communication.

  : The location of the property was perfect! A stones throw from the beach and also from loads of shops, bars and restaurants.
  : Only fault was the safe did not work in our room.

  : This is a great value hotel. You are a couple minutes walk from the beach, near lots of shops and supermarkets. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast had lots of options, continental and cooked. The staff are very kind. There is a bar with nightly musical entertainment. The room was cleaned every day. You cant go wrong for the price.
  : Twice I had cleaning people come into my room without knocking first. The second time i was asleep in bed. They left straight away when i realised i was there but they should knock first. This is only a slight niggle.
