  : The breakfast is a huge plus, the rooms were very clean.

  : The hotel staff wasn’t really helpful, I needed extra pillows so I tried to call down to the front desk. No one picked up so I just decided to head down there. I walk up to the counter and no one was there. I waited about 10 mins before someone finally came out from the back office located right off of the front desk. Mind you the whole time I was waiting, I was having a conversation with my daughter standing at the desk. The following night the person in the room next to us was doing what sounded like construction at 11:40 at night. My kids were already asleep and I really didn’t want them to wake up so again we tried to call down and no one answered the phone. So we called right back still no answer. The employees all had the attitude of they didn’t want to be there and you could just tell by the way they talked/ had a I didn’t care look on their faces.

  : We didn’t have a lot of time at the hotel. Got in late and we were gone early we were happy with the room not so much th as t the elevator was out and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. WERE OLD

  : The location was perfect as we came for a high school reunion in Wayland. Close to the highway and casino, which we went to after the reunion. Staff was great. They were very conscious of the fact that the elevator wasn't working and purposefully put us only on the second floor as I was with my elderly mother.
  : The room was clean but a bit outdated. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up stairs to get to our floor. We were lucky to only be put onto the second floor as my mother is 86.
