  : The sheets and toilet were clean.
  : The floor has spilled grease on the floor. The cable and Internet was out the entire stay. The bathtub had a dirt ring around it. No chairs at all. All doors bolted closed so u had to go thru front lobby and walk half a mile to the room. The pool was empty of water and broken in places. The mini fridge wouldn't keep drinks cool. No ice or ice buckets, no cups, sope the size of fifty cent coin. Leak stains on the ceiling in room , bathroom, and halls. Walls in halls cracked, chipping off and carpet stained real bad. They cancelled my reservation for booking.com and charged me $15 dollars more to rent the same room. Lock broken on the window in the room and a stick was laying there to keep it closed. Parking lot had giant holes in it and had old rusted construction stuff piled everywhere.

  : This hotel does not exist. There's nothing to like. The Maple Inn is over there and claim to have nothing to do with OYO. They have signs up that said OYO was there prior to April 2023
  : OYO Burlington no longer exists and continue to scam people. They even have customer service to pretend that they are legit. Upon arrival I found that they no longer exist in that location at all.

  : Absolutely NOTHING. There's honestly nothing about this place to like. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Worst place I have ever stayed, and I've stayed in some pretty sketchy hotels on a budget.
  : First red flag-the hotel made me repay when I arrived after midnight and tired stating they do not accept bookings any longer through booking.com. I reluctantly repaid and they even charged me $50 for my dog even though it was supposed to be $10 per the booking.com information. The hotel was NOTHING like the pictures! Everything was disgusting in the rooms. The hall carpet was filthy, several room doors were beaten and torn up, and the whole place wreaked of pot and cigarettes. The room had dead roach eggs in several corners, the floor was filmy, the bed sheets were dirty and hair on the pillow. The door deadbolt was broken off and only the key card part of the door locked. If it hadn't been for being tired and not having anywhere else to go with our dog, we would have left. To make matters worse, we were awoken at 2:30 am to a man belligerently and aggressively banging on someone's door down the hall for 20 minutes straight! He was yelling out expletives and being out of control and I'm surprised the cops didn't come. My dog was growling and worked up during the entire ordeal, I was scared, and my children were too. I was afraid to leave the room even though the room was a nightmare in and of itself. TO pay a $50 non-refundable pet fee was ludacris as my dog was the LEAST of the hotels worries as he is certainly cleaner than anything in that room or hotel. Do yourself a favor and DON'T waste your money. I had to wait nearly a week to get refunded from my own bank as the hotel would not respond to calls.

  : Nothing, I booked and paid for a room thru booking.com, only to arrive at the location and the hotel has been closed since April!!!
  : They need to just burn it down and start over
