  : Great location, amazing breakfast. Easy check in and out. Only minus is that it doesent have a parking available.
  : No parking available, but public parking garage is 5 min walking distance away from the hotel.

  : Nice location, close to bus and metro.Quality coffee machine in room.
  : Twin room was tiny and dark (inner courtyard with no direct light), insufficient space for suitcase and aircon didn't really seem to cool to temperature set. Didn't really feel worthy of a 4-star.There were very few staff - so check-in/out took ages (although very nice and helpful when you got served) And no staff (or towels) in spa area which made area feel unsafe.The lighting was poor- maybe its to save energy but you were plunged into darkness while waiting for a lift or leaving your room, and entrance at night to main lobby was dimly lit- which combined with lack of staff made the whole ambience feel a bit unsafe. No lounge or bar area either (roof terrace closes if rains).

  : - room: super small, bathroom not clean (strangers hair on fresh towels yak) - we were unable to open the balcony door for some fresh air (we asked for a different room - but there were non available) the balcony is a joke (no view, 30cm/0,5m space) - breakfast 5/10 - (in -1 floor next to the spa) - spa: pool was closed - rooftop: closed (Intermezzo Roof Terrace)

  : Hotel is very reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We found the receptionist very pleasant and informative . Location was good for getting around by foot.
  : Breakfast could use a little attention.

  : The didnt manage the booking of cab driver properly. The driver was rude and non welcoming and he charged me exhorbitante amount for 20 minutes drive. I was not informed by the receptionist prior to booking.

  : I think the location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you arrive at the Sant Stephan's basilic and in a similar distance you have the parliament, the hotel is very nice and elegant, well looked after with exceptional staff. The breakfast is rich and suitable to satisfy even the most demanding. Since the hotel is located in the center, I expected unpleasant noises, but it was very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to use the hot tub until late in the evening. I recommend it for those who want to experience a peaceful holiday with a few extra treats.To conclude, I recommend taking a tour of the roof, you will enjoy a splendid view.
  : I expected excellent cleaning, and in the bathroom, to my regret, I found a lot of hair on the floor, perhaps cleaning too quickly, given the number of rooms present. I recommend paying more attention to the wellness area, it is very nice, it would be perfect to be able to use the swimming pool too, for the rest the wellness center environment would need to be spruced up.
