  : The location of the apartment was perfect for us! The place was clean and comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and two children.Also the breakfast was delicious and generous!

  : Suitable price , good location of hotel, very good breakfast , welcoming staff, parking available for 20 euro per day, same is underground parking , but only for cars with height which is not exceed about 1,8 metres.
  : The available height of the underground parking was not described in the information of hotel, it is better to add the same !

  : The size of the apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to rent an excellent parking space in the garage. Nice place, restaurant at breakfast with outdoor terrace. Proximity to public transport stations, excellent location, shop nearby. Proximity to attractions. Correct attitude and helpful staff who do not complicate things.
  : Cleanliness, slightly below average. The large apartment is in the adjacent building. Suitable for a family, cleanliness is a problem a lot of hair in the bathroom, in the bathtub and on the floor. The bathroom is average, needs renovation. Apartments are probably worse than hotel rooms.

  : The apartment what wev got is not the one we saw on the pictures, because the Booking listed apartment had three apartments pictures mixed. The one wev got looked neglected, retro DDR like, and there were a lot of problems with dirt and mold, missing things and not functioning devices. The TV has only 1 channel with ads, we better say: the TV is just a decoration. The kitchen is dirty and has only random utensils: I.e: two cheese grater but not even 4 forks ( for four guests?) No coffee, tea, salt or sugar, we also had to complain for kitchen towels. No hand towels only big bath towels. Against all three beds nothing on the wall. It felt very spartan and frustrating. In the bathroom the curtain is moldy, theres a bad smell, obviously was not cleaned thoroughly for ages. The WC doesnt flush normally: embarrassing before our adult kids. I do not want to mention everything. I just say, regarding it was New Years time: we understood that we had to pay 2-3 times more than the hotel would ask other times. This is not a crime. But the management never replied on my messages, this is very unprofessional and afterwards I might say: well never come back unless it gets a standard matching place with humbled and professional management.
