  : very big apartment - two families (3 adult and 5 kids) so the kids had roomgreat huge park right next to it and restaurant Paprika
  : the apartment is older and not renovated so the radiators were something to get use to especialy in the nightand had problem in finding it

  : Very very nice property and luckily I got the entire apartment to myself as no one else was staying in the other rooms. The train station Keleti was walking distance and buses also available nearby. From the outside looks a bit oldish, but inside the apartment was very well furnished, had a dolby surround system and a FM receiver (played music the entire time I was there). The host was kind enough to come over and hand the keys personally and give a thorough walk-through of the apartment. If I am back in Budapest I will definitely book this place again !!!
  : There was nothing to dislike in this property at all :) The only peev is that there was no lift and had to walk all the way up to the top floor (4th or 5th... I didn't count)

  : The apartment is in Retro style, rooms are spacious. Beds were really good. Kitchen not much for cooking, but satisfactory for small meals. The only problem that it was too cold in main room, kitchen and in the bathroom, bedrooms were nicely warm. But we survived. We really liked parking possibility and wifi. It was very easy to communicate with the owner.
  : Door locking issues and heating in the main room, kitchen and bathroom.

  : Apartment is old and the stairs to the third floor are uninviting. Heating is with very old gas heaters. Bedrooms are uninviting. Lighting is not cosy.

  : - Free public parking in front of the flat along the street. - The distance to the bus stop of line 30 is quite close (~130m).
