  : The neighbourhood is desolate The attitude of the owners father was unpleaseant( he said that he act in behalf of her daughter who is in holiday) He tried to convince me to report "No show" to booking.com - but without booking.com we never get there and we never paid him for this accommodation. So the correct thing is to pay for the online services already provided. Then probably in his discomfort afterI refused the "deal" he treat me with a lot of gossips about other guests sitting in the other 2 rooms some with racist connotations... (an Arab girl, and an actor, both with long term rentals) Even generalisations about Arab girls sexual behaviour he meet during his travels... We are sorry for this review, because his wife was a very kind person and she tried to anticipate all our needs. It is a pity when one of the family member do everything for the guests and the other do the opposite.

  : - pretty clean- not so far from city center- beds comfortable- pretty clean- pet friendly- decent sized rooms- big bathroom- good parking spot- good facilities
  : - overall no complaints- towels a bit too worn out- might get a little noisy in the bedrooms because of the proximity to the main street, but not quite the guilt of the owner, and not such a big issue (can be solved with ear plugs)

  : There is big TV in living room so we can put external hdd and watch movies.
  : When we were there it was 42-44 degrees and extremly hot. It wasnt mention but apartments is on the third floord, which is last floor in the building. It was hot as hell. When we arive the AC wasnt on so we turn it but it takes more that 3 hours to cool down. There is only one aircondion - in the corridor. So in the bedroom and liviring room no and thats why it takes up to 3 our to get comfortable temperature. The next day we go for a walk and leave AC, when we came back the AC was turned of. We thought it was some problem with electricity and turned the AC again. But then we undarstand that the owner /parents live second floor/ enter in our apartments and shout it down when we leave. It happens twice and i go to ask why - parents dont speak english /2023 year you dont speak english is ridicoulus/ and i spoke with daughter by the phone. She told me that all around the world it was like that - to turn of aircondition when u r not home. All around the world in hotels you have two card - one for the AC and electricity which one is always in and one for entering the apartment. I repeat - all around the world. The real reason is that host doesnt want to pay for electicity despite you have paid a great value for our stay. If there is AC and living room and bedroom you will be able to cool down the temperature faster and not sweating like parents from secont floor - they were all sweaty when open the door to talk about AC but obviously is normal for them ! But we are on a holiday and that problem wasnt ok for normal people.It was never said that APP is last floor but the bigger problem was that the stairs are outside the facade of the building, they are high and steep and unsafe and when you are with child and suitcases you can imagine the picture.............In the kitchen smells badin bathroom you cant handle shower somewhere and cant shower hole body with two hands.... you cant shower UP and must sit down............. disgusted..

  : A man who lives one floor down (the relative of the owner) break into the apartment at midnight shouting why the light was on and some noise bothers him. We were already in bed, the child was finishing a shower. He was shouting that at this time everybody must sleep and the light has to be switched off. He was really dangerous. After our complaint about this situation to booking.com, the owner sent us the message that he has always problems with Ukrainians. I stayed more than 100 times at apartments and hotels in Romania and many other countries but never had experience with such service. According to the apartment: It is necessary to climb an uncomfortable iron staircase on the street to the third floor of a private house. It is very inconvenient with luggage. There is the Internet, but the connection often breaks off. The washing machine is probably 40 years old, one of the first models, it makes more noise than washing. The water pressure is very weak, you can wash your hands, but you need to wait many hours if you want to take a bath. The refrigerator was filled with somebodys food (probably of the owner). There is no private parking as in the description, just parking on the street but it was a free place. Each room has 3 air fresheners with flavors, the smell is like in a cosmetics store, after we moved all fresheners we felt the bad smell of an old house, it is clear why they use so many air fresheners. I strongly recommend not staying at this place, they are really dangerous people who don't know what culture and hospitality are.
