  : The staff was really nice and always trying to help. The towels smelled amazing! Breakfast was ok.
  : It felt like a hostel. The breakfast was not like in the photos but it did its job.The cleanliness of the rooms was non-existent. Things I found in my room that weren't supposed to be there: a bottle cup, a piece of gum, a dead bug, a plastic flower, plastic pieces from a broken lamp, a piece of candy. I don't want to be nitpicking but I have found hostels that are cleaner that the room I was in.The room was very small. Something that I didn't expect because of the photos on their site but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was that my room was between two staircases, connecting two hallways. So the windows that are shown in the photos, where inside the building, looking at the hallways. So if I had my lights turned on or off, basically everyone staying there knew if I was in my room or not. And that didn't make me feel safe. Also, as a tourist I was always exhausted so I wanted to just go back in my room and sleep. But I'm a light sleeper and my room was on top of the laundry room so it was noisy because of the staff. When I informed them they were very nice and they kept quiet for the rest of my stay but everyone who wanted to go to their room, passed from my door (because as I said my room was in between staircases) so it was always noisy. Definitely not soundproofing.And always so bright! The hallway lights were always turned on and since my windows where looking at the hallway, I always had light inside my room. Light bright as day. The staff tried to put the curtains in front (something that I had already done myself) but that didn't prevent the light from entering. And the fridge was so noisy as well. I've never heard anything so loud.In the bathroom the window looked at the hallway. So I always had it closed for obvious reasons. Also I couldn't find the bath practical since the bath telephone was throwing water everywhere in the bathroom except the bathtub. I would have brought my own shampoo also.
