  : Breakfast was really good! Definitely appreciated the waffle station. The scrambled eggs were cooked well. The coffee station and juices were great. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The property was pretty and easy to get to. The staff was attentive.
  : Hand soap for the bathroom would have been nice. The only option was the face soap or body wash. The ham for breakfast was more like jerky, very tough, but did taste good. There really isn't anything else that we didn't like.

  : The lock on the door to the room never locked, and other guests claimed the same . No hot breakfast the whole week, only limited toast, waffles, cereal. Electrical plugs were a fire hazard. They wobbled in the wall, and connections were sporadic at best. The rooms were not cleaned unless we asked 2-3 times each day. Despite telling the front desk these issues on day 1 of 7, all I got was a smile and "... the maintenance people are coming. " which they never did. Most of the staff couldn't understand or speak english at all. When asked for items, like toilet paper and coffee supplies, they just smiled and left. Front desk would take your issue and never address it. Worst hotel ever, I will never go back to that hotel, nor any Best Western Plus again, and I advise everyone to avoid the one at 71 Gurnet Road, Brunswick Maine. If this is an example of a hospitality hotel, save your money; Motel 6 treats you better.

  : Stayed for a couple of days. Clean room, Comfy bed, Friendly staff, Good breakfast. Everything was as expected. I even enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.
