  : After having been offered initially a small room in the attic (with small spiral steps leading up to it) with a slanted roof ceiling the owner changed it to a much bigger room, which also was reachable by elevator. Due to being confined to it on one of the days due to all day rain we were very happy to have this comfortable and also very quiet room.
  : The hotel has a very nice restaurant, and we were looking forward to enjoying a nice steak meal, however it was closed on both days (Saturday due t an event and Sunday, as seems to be common in that town).

  : Great location close to old town. Lovely room, looked fairly recently renovated, modern, nice big bathroom, parking was available, had airconditioning also which is a bonus as Wallis is hot. I wanted a double but none were available so booked a triple. On arrival they gave us the room for the price of a double which was very generous and much appreciated.
  : I would have given this hotel a 9 but they had a bus tour in which meant we couldn't use the restaurant in the evening and for me if the restaurant is open, it should be open to all. We also had to avoid the group at breakfast, large bus tours are one of my pet hates. There were however plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The wifi kept cutting out also.

  : The location - close to the old town, 10 min walk to the station, supermarkets nearby. A nice room.
  : Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Very poor - the cheapest supermarket meat and diary products. Not even a jug of tap water. No eggs, no vegetables. There were 3 oranges and 2 apples on the first day, After we took 2 apples, the same 3 oranges stayed for the rest days, nothing added. One could only "admire" the ability of the lady in charge to rearrange scarce pieces of sausages and put bread into smaller basket to create an illusion of being full instead of putting some more...I believe most people coming go biking or hiking in the mountains - after such breakfast, it is a challenge to get even half way... In comparison with other places of similar price, that breakfast was a complete disgrace. No fridge in the room.

  : The hotel is within 5 min walking distance from the city center. The room was nice and clean. Free parking availabe from the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly.

  : Lovely big room, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly. Very tasty breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the centre, plenty of parking. Kettle in the room.
  : No high chair at breakfast. No fridge in the room. The restaurant was on a rest day though which we hadn't been warned about on the booking confirmation which was disappointing. Travelling with a baby we had planned to be able to eat on the premises which is one of the reasons we chose that hotel. Otherwise all good.
