  : when i check in they gave me a single bed when I reserve a two double bed room. they telling me someone change my room and that they didn't have any other room available. they put them in a room with one bed and the refrigerator had food in it that someone left. so that meant the room wasn't clean. My daughter's was staying there when I call that was what the guy was telling me. he didn't know why and how it got change. He wanted to give me a roller bed but still wanted to charge me the full amount when I didn't pay for a roller bed there was no way I should have to pay a full amount for a room that should of have a two beds. this was unacceptable. He was telling me I can get my money back and fine something else. there was nothing else close since my daughters drove there 4 hours from where they live. there was no way I was going to find anything that late. so i ended up asking my daughters if they be will to use a roller bed even though they said yes, but the hotel still won't give me some of my money back. there ended up. even call booking.com telling them about this and they call up the hotel. later the front desk calls me saying they got a room with two beds. I'm guessing dude to a fight out in the parking lot which the police was there.
