  : Hello, we had our 2 night stay at condo 312 and was very disappointed with the condition of the place. I am sending photos and explanation of each so the next guests won't have the same experience. When we got there the first day, we were greeted with cigarette buts and garbage in our deck. The carpets are filthy. 2 drawers are broken on the dresser, above the tub is in bad shape. The tub drain won't close so can't take a bath, several outlets didn't have covers, were broken and we're so loose they wouldn't hold a plug in. Bathroom floor and baseboards were filthy. TP holder broken. We finally found the 2 frypans in a bag in the closet...greasy and dirty. We could go on... Just the worst place we've been in.

  : mold in bathroom. the staff across the street was rude an clueless an no one knew between the hot line and the hotel about my problem with no parking pass.

  : The location was ideal for shops and restaurants, and the condo was roomy, comfortable and clean.
  : The bathroom needs a few touch-ups but that did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

  : Location, location, location! If you want to enjoy the charming historic district of Breckenridge (which is among the cutest main streets in Colorado) this is an excellent choice. All the restaurants, shops, and cultural hubs were within a 5-10 minute walk, and the condo also has a lovely view of the mountains and ski slopes beyond the town. The condo was very roomy and comfortable great mattresses and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. (Youre also located a couple blocks from the market!) We really loved this spot it was incredibly convenient and comfortable.
