  : The property in Branson, Missouri is lovely!A fantastic place to take family! Putt putt golf, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables. Grocery store on property! We would certainly consider booking again in the future. Especially knowing what we know now with all the “what didn’t you like”.
  : All booking platforms for this property say it is “pet friendly”. Which it is……as long as the pet (dog) is under 60 pounds. At check in, there was an additional $170 non-refundable pet deposit. This information should have been in writing before booking this property. The cabin we booked was three floors and sectioned by building numbers (building 2000 and room 2031 D). There were wooden barrels with lids in front of the building for trash disposal. The collection barrels were always full! Trash was piled up in bags laying around the outside of barrels. They were picked up once a day during our stay. The unit we stayed in had a Haier wash /dryer combo. I did put my wet bathing suit in the unit to dry it. I set the dry cycle for 30 minutes by the dial on the unit. The dryer door lock engaged, as it should. It ended up running for THREE HOURS. We had to go to YouTube for instructions on how to stop the unit and unlock the door. It ruined my $100 bathing suit! There was no dish soap, no hand soap and no broom available in this unit. We purchased these items and left them for the next guest.At the time of check in, we did have two bath towels. There was an additional cost for housekeeping services. We decided for a three day stay to not pay for housekeeping given the non-refundable pet fee was $170. We made it just fine with two bath towels for three days, it would have been nice to have a second set.

  : No oven in the 1 bedroom villa with the kitchen and waiting in a separate line for the required parking permit.
