  : Nothing went well.
  : It was almost 5pm when we tried to check in. Even at that time of day, THERE WERE NO CLEAN ROOMS. The clerk promised to get out room clean, she gave me a key, and would call me when it was ready. She did. We finished our shopping and we went back. My husband tried to open the room, and someone pushed back. They had given away our room!!!! Then for a LOONNGG time they couldn't figure out if they had any other rooms. After waiting until AFTER 7pm, we still had no room. I went in and demanded a refund. Instead of just canceling the credit card transaction, she told us it would be several days for it to go through, and then wouldn't give me written proof of the reverse transaction until I demanded it. VERY VERY POORLY managed property. Since then I've read some bad reviews that in cluded comments and pictures of BEDBUGS! We may have dodged a bullet, but what a "fun" way to celebrate our 45th anniversary -- NOT.

  : It was clean, close to everything and reasonably priced.I was comfortable.
  : Having to wait to 3 to be able to check in. The wifi didn't work the 2 days I stayed here. I stayed an extra day.

  : Downside about good location, was next to helicopter rides, very loud. You could hear upstairs use water then bathroom would have a sewage smell. We had to keep the bathroom door closed the whole time.
