  : Great location, spa is pleasant, food at breakfast is good.You can use your netflix and amazon account which is great.
  : In summer I booked a room for 3 and got a double room, meaning a separate bedroom for my kids. now in winter, booked for 4 (including spouse) and now i got a single room with a sofabed for the kids, half the surface, more than double the price. Matresses and pillows were awful, i slept horrible the whole week and came home with back pain. Kids also slept horrible. Service at breakfast is friendly, but be prepared to wait half an hour for your morning coffee (coffee is good though)Reception staff is freindly, but guidance is poor. The first evening i spent 20 minutes wandering through the building with our luggage, trying to find the room, i had no idea where the ski room was to deposit our gear and the room smelled horrible (during the whole week, vervy very poor ventilation, so we had the balcomy door open almost constantly).All in all for over 400 euros a night i had a 1 star experience only, comfort was really poor. And parking a nightmare but that was due to high season.By the way i was overcharged for breakfast.I paid for a double room but i got a really small single room with sofabed, without as much as a table to sit on for the kids or to do some work.I will return to Brand, but not to this hotel

  : Breakfast is very good. The room and beds are comfortable. Restaurant is very good.
  : The room advertised on Booking was Delux Double with accompanying pictures which looked very spacious. However what we got was no where near the size of the room we thought we had booked. Between the drawer unit and the bed there was less than half a meter of walking space. When asked why such a difference between what's online and what we got, the Hotel said that it must be Booking.com's fault for advertising the wrong photos and that we should have booked directly with the hotel.

  : Friendly staff, but it took them quite long to arrange something... Nice location, ski-bus stops right in front of the hotel. Great sauna and pool facilities.
  : Rooms had carpets which were quite dirty. Our reservation was not processed in their system, so we were lucky that they still had a room available. But, we had to change rooms during our stay. The reception desk was working inefficient, although we paid everything in advance they system mentioned that we still had to pay one night. After manually calculating the price, they found out that it indeed all was already paid. Due to the slow reception, queues were build which lead to annoyed guest. Quite expensive.

  : We had a really good stay. The staff was exceptionally nice for letting us store our suitcases while we were hiking for multiple days.
  : The shower construction was a little tricky because it flooded the bathroom after every shower.

  : No spa slippers in a spa hotel ? We had a dropping shower whole night , they were kind enough to change the room next day but they were aware of the problem.On weekends when they receive groups of guests, organisation was troubled, our table were given to other guests and dinner take ages , it took 2 hours for a 4 course.
