  : The location was good. Close to family and the beaches, plus any form of restaurant or shopping you'd need. Washer/dryer was beneficial, as was a cooktop and full-size fridge. The 'staff' were great. Responsive. Helpful. Kind.
  : The garbage disposal was, plain and simple, disgusting. The smell was so overpowering that it woke me several times during my first night there (one of the neighbors made sure to wake me the other nights; yes, little sleep was had here). I bought baking soda, vinegar, and lime juice to pour down the disposal drain, followed by boiling water after an appropriate amount of time, but to no avail. I found the cap and put it in place. Lighting was bad, as many of the switches operated nothing. If a light was not on when I left for the day, then the place was pitch black upon return, as there were no lighting fixtures near the door. Neighbors, especially one, were excessively loud. While the property is gated, as long as you got in line with the throngs of other cars, you had no need for a code or other means of accessing the complex. Place was relatively clean, but not as one would expect for guests. Shower head is old and doesn't function well, and when you attempt to turn the faucet off for the tub, you have to give it your all or else it will just keep producing a steady drip or flow of water.
