  : Beautiful buildings in a fabulous location. Lots of character and comfortable beds.
  : Rugs were a trip hazard! Not a single coat hanger in wardrobe and a bulb out in bedside lamp. No instructions on how to operate air con units. I strongly suggest you book the hotel's car park if possible. We thought we'd find on-street parking, but it seems that none of the local properties have drives and so spaces were impossible to find.

  : Reception staff were very pleasant. The location was excellent. The room had a shabby chic charm. The bed was comfortable
  : We rented an apartment with ostensibly two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms small and Spartan and to use the bathroom any occupant had to go through the other bedroom. It is not suitable for other than close family members, certainly not for two couples. I raised this with the reception desk who said it was suitable for families but this is not clear on the web site. He further said it was cheap for two rooms. It didnt seem cheap at 178 euros a night. The kitchen facilities are very limited. OK for one night but not if you want to cater for yourselves. The apartment was also rather shabby and dark. Im sure there are much nicer rooms in the main building - this was what was presumably the coachmans rooms originally, above the garages, and it felt like it.

  : The hotel is beautifully restored and in a perfect location for exploring the old town, shops and restaurants. We were advised that parking could be difficult through the old gates, but we had no problem parking a large estate car. Staff are on site and willing to help if you are a little nervous. The breakfast basket was good.
  : The accommodation is advertised as self-catering and although we were not expecting hotel facilities it would have been nice to have had more than one capusue each for the nespresso coffee machine.

  : We arrived a little early and were able to check in straight away. We were also able to park in the grounds which helped us to unload our things. It was also great to be close to some good restaurants. We did enjoy having our own little space too.
