  : VERY clean. Lovely staff. Great location. Bus stop next to the hotel. Supermarket close by.
  : The shower (like everyone mentions) but everything drys very quickly so it was fine. The breakfast isnt the best. Lots of salad and olives.

  : Nothing... But housekeeping lady was nice and apologize for the mess
  : Where to start... 1. Located in the overcrowded and busy main road so noise, traffic jams and loud music guaranteed 2. Very basic breakfast. And if you want coffee you have to pay it apart ( crazy but true). 3. Room full of insects (see photo) 4. Unhelpful reception staff. When we complained about the noise and insects they just did not care. When I say I wanted to cancel the room they said OK but no refund. 5. No public beaches in all Ksamil so expect to pay 30 or 40 euros for sunbeds since you cannot even lay your towel in the beaches On the overall a nightmare and expensive stay in a beach I used to love but no more. The same hoteliers have destroyed Ksamils charm making it an overcrowded, tasteless and gaudy place Not recommend at all.

  : The room was clean and with a nice view on the sea and the island of Korfu.
  : The description of the room was not correct. Instead of 35 square meters it had appr. 20. The staff said they do not have bigger rooms. We could look for another hotel if we do not like it. The small "bathroom" was awful. After taking a shower the whole place was wet. The breakfast was only average, bad coffee.

  : An excellently located hotel right by the bus stop, so you don't have to carry your luggage for long. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied (although coffee comes at an additional cost), and from the balcony, you have a view of the western sea, allowing you to witness fantastic sunsets.
  : Ksamil has recently become a popular destination, so everything is more expensive here than elsewhere. At this price point, you can find much better accommodation in Saranda. It's definitely not a four-star hotel, at best it's a three-star with some generous consideration. It could use a minor renovation. The room advertised as 35 m2 is, based on my own measurements, a maximum of 20 m2, including the balcony. The bathroom is a makeshift solution, with the shower being a 50x50 cm area next to the toilet. The TV is only usable for its smart functions; it won't pick up anything on cable. There are ruined buildings on both sides of the hotel, which unfortunately negatively impacts the view from the room.

  : I did not like the fact that the rooms are not as described on Booking. There is no difference between a superior room and a standard room in terms of added value. The extra money paid were not justified. Also, the bathroom was ver small without any bathtub or shower. Plus, the noise from the clubs is unbearable.
