  : Not real sure of anything except the towel, they were good quality
  : Really needs to be updated a lot. The carpet is very dungy with stains. The floors in the elevators look bad we stayed 3 days and didn't looked like they had been cleaned as well as the walls. The pool was supposed to be heated but NOT, was so cold you couldn't even get into it at all. We had to ask for towels for the pool area and only about 4 towels brought in. The breakfast area was a joke, no one person was keeping it stock, had to ask for coffee and took a long time to get it. The waffle iron needed help, batter all over it and the counter and the syrup was spilled every well and a guest was trying to clean it up herself. TV in the room was in need of being replaced, you could turn on and it would not come in, called the desk about it and finally 30 minutes later someone showed up but by then the TV came on finally but if you changed the channel again it would go off again and 30 minutes later the picture would come back on. Ice machine and vending machine on 3rd floor did not work and never fixed the whole time we were there. Just so many things with this motel needed help. Please bring up to standards.

  : It was very lacking. Coffee was light brown water. Had to wait for another to be brewed snd that was marginally better. Counters were dirty. Selection of food was subpar.

  : It was a good place to stay. The cleaning staff was really nice they helped me and my grandchildren when we needed towels, and they always greeted us with a smile. My little one would say Nana, that lady was nice
  : I got sick and went to my room before I could get back. One of the staff members went into the pool area and asked my grandchildren if they could read. I left my oldest grand with them until I could get back. I wasn't gone that long. I just went to take some meds
