  : The property was beautiful and literally in the centre of Bologne. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for you. The room was clean comfortable and tastefully decorated. The dinning area was lovely as was breakfast .A delightful boutique hotel with a oodles of character and charm.

  : Location and the bed was comfy enough
  : After booking and paying on line we were told that arrival after 7.30pm would cost us extra money! For the whole of our stay the reception area and our bedroom smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. The entrance door and stairwell is scruffy and at night the automatic lights are unreliable so momentarily you are blunged into darkness midway up the stairs. Very noisy room with early morning deliveries to the supermarket below, which woke us up around 6am every day. The bathroom was tiny .The shower was weak and the shower head holder was broken so was too low and the water spray faced the wall.The room was very dark and we couldnt open the curtain because we would be seen by everyone who overlooked us in the interior courtyard. The breakfast is not what we want to eat especially in Bologna - tiny unappetising looking shop bought croissants that the receptionist was baking in the oven. The place was surrounded by shops selling delicious home made fresh bread and pastries The coffee was ok but it was long life milk- I couldnt see any fresh. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you need to dress before you get a coffee.

  : The room, bed & bathroom were all super large and comfortable. We loved the decoration and the general vibe of the place too, it felt both cosy and chic, super nice. The location is perfectly central, and access was really easy, even by night, thanks to great support and detailed instructions that were sent to us. Definitely recommend this place!
