  : The staff was absolutely amazing The facility was clean
  : There was a ridiculous amount of noise and laughter up til 130am in the Lobby and couldn’t get sleep but when I called the front desk they asked them to leave the areaI would highly recommend a time to not conjugate in the main lobby with rooms right there and people trying to get sleep

  : My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Upon arrival at 1 am, the overnight staff's professionalism and warm welcome were commendable, setting a positive tone for my stay. However, my experience took a sharp turn when I encountered Jay at the front desk. His rude demeanor, accompanied by dismissive hand gestures and even going as far as calling me "crazy" behind the manager's back, greatly detracted from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere.As someone who had traveled from Canada to attend a funeral, I was already in a vulnerable state and did not anticipate such treatment. Nevertheless, the situation was salvaged by the prompt intervention of the lady manager, who handled the matter with grace and respect. Her professionalism and willingness to address the issue were commendable, ultimately mitigating the impact of Jay's behavior.In summary, while the initial impression of the hotel was positive thanks to the overnight staff's hospitality, the encounter with Jay was regrettable. However, the effective resolution by the manager reaffirmed my faith in the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction
