  : The Location and the staff. The room was comfortable and large enough. We loved the nice choices for a grab and go breakfast and good coffee. Pool and hot tub clean and enjoyable!
  : I didn't like the Check in without knowing there is no desk for checking in on the Park Plaza side. After parking, we couldn't get in the locked door so we had to haul our luggage around the whole ( large ) building. The temperature was in the 90's.

  : Our first room REEKED of cigarette smoke and the woman on duty very nicely moved us to another room...which was also cleaner and quieter. We went to the front desk to purchase pop, and ended up also getting cookies--free!!
  : Breakfast was unorganized and little available. Our 2nd morning there was no coffee and the food was picked over, virtually none left.The room itself was wonderful. The staff was nice. I wouldn't recommend the indoor pool. Glad we had decided to not even try it out. It seemed one of the two pools was closed off but not sure if it was for repairs or late lingering Covid issues. Lots of screaming kids and very crowded pool.
