  : It was cheap and the water was hot. It was close to the mall of America
  : The smell of marijuana and cigarettes was potent as we walked through the front door and all the way up to our room. There was constantly coming and going, not in a normal hotel setting manner. I was looking for a vending machine and found a vacant chair sitting out side of a side door with a lighter on the chair and some sort of drug pipe on the ground. There were syringe caps on the floor in the hallway out side a room door in the hallway, which stayed in the same spot our entire stay. Which tells you how often the hallways gets clean , or even observed by staff, OR how much the staff actually cares about hotel cleanliness. On top of all of that, our sheets were ripped, the heater/ AC unit didn’t work, we found garbage for previous guests in our room, as well as left over food in the fridge that was not ours and had not been removed while the room was being “cleaned” before our stay. We stayed in a double queen bed room, but the room had ONE shower towel and ONE bath mat and that was it for towels. One of the lights didn’t work in the room. There was a sound by the window that we kept hearing that we couldn’t figure out if it was a tree branch hitting the ceiling or an animal in the ceiling. There was no breakfast in the morning. The website said continental breakfast which there was none, and no warning/sign telling us that and or why. At the front seat they offered bagged food for breakfast but being the state of the hotel and our disappointment at the point we didn’t even bother. This place is not nice, not safe, not clean, not decent. It was cheap so I guess I didn’t expect 5 star but I expected more than we got. Do NOT bring your kids here and if you stay here, do NOT leave your room after dark and I suggest dead bolting and chain locking the your room door, which also very much resembles a jail cell door.

  : No breakfast even though included in price. Extremely dirty. Mold in bathroom, very musty smell, dirty tub, uncomfortable bed, dirty coffeemaker, people yelling in the hallway late into the night, mold in the fridge.

  : Mold and stains in the carpet and curtains, bodily fluids on the ceiling. Water leaking into the hall way. Absolutely unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
