  : The room on a lean, bed leant to one side, pillows were foam bits, aircon was very loud and went all night without stopping.1st room smelt of DOPE.. the reception area was a junk room/area. No plug for bath. Bed Was very uncomfortable Horrid colour scheme.

  : Stained mattress. Pillow stains. Dirty floors sink and shower with hair.. and tub would not drain.. water over my ankle to shower.. refrigerator didn't work. Tv picture was blue bathroom door jam broke. Plug in next bed unusable. For my cpap machine. Light fixture in bathroom missing cover and nasty dirty

  : The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the room was exactly what we expected in terms of size/amenities/etc. We brought our own pillows, so I can't say anything negative about the standard issue pillows.
  : I don't think they washed the sheets. The bed was made with two top sheets that didn't wrap around the mattress, so it exposed the mattress to us. The exposed parts were absolutely filthy, so we had to take the towels from the bathroom and put them on the bed to cover up the huge, disgusting brown stains. All of the sheets and blankets on both beds had stains (not deep stains, but like sauce that hadn't been washed out). All towels were stained as well, though they looked cleaner than the bed. Honestly, if we hadn't arrived at 1 am, we would have eaten the cost and stayed somewhere--ANYWHERE--else. There was a lot of good here...maybe the cleaning staff just messed up. But when the beds are gross, the good matters a lot less.

  : Overwhelming smell of Pine Sol when entering the room, no fitted sheets, sheets had holes and found hair and bugs in the sheets. When you sat on the bed there was a bad smell that was somewhere, but couldn't find the source. There was a burned out bulb. Just a general inattentiveness to cleanliness.
