  : The personal data that we entered in the self check-in counter was made available to a next customer who then booked a room on our name. This is not acceptable!In connection to this we had a double booking and reached out to the hotel per e-mail to get things sorted out. We never got an answer.

  : Very convenient place, room 19 has a lovely view. Very clean and spacious. Room is incredible, very spacious, very modern, very well equipped.
  : The only issue: arrived late, the 'self check in' was complex, online phone support was very patient so I did manage but I think this could be done by email to get the code directly rather than standing the cold doing this. Also the id card already registered by email is useless, as I had to redo it on the stop. The instructions that you have to go to the check in are printed next to the door and in the dark not easy to read.

  : Good value for money, clean, fine for a night stop over.
  : As previous reviewers said its slightly eerie as theres no staff but this didnt bother us for a short stopover. Im not sure youd want to stay here for a long holiday. Was worried in case self check in didnt work but it all went smoothly. I had read previous reviews so knew how to get in the car park, otherwise this could have been tricky.
