Ar personālu varēja sazināties tikai sms palīdzību. Jo visām durvīm bij durvju kodi, ko man atsūtija smsno personāla.satiku apkopēju kura nekā nezin . blakus istabā 4 no rīta skaļi runāja staigajā tupu šurpu un dauzija savas istabas durvis skaļi. Visa informācija bij uz ziņojuma dēļa. Es esmu vīlusies, jo internetā ielikta kļudainas fotogrāfijas un informācija tur tikai dažas fotogrāfijas atbils patiesībai.

  : The room and house were warm. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well for the short time I used it.
  : There were some small matters that, by themselves, wouldn't give rise to a low rating: lack of soap (you have to bring your own), some kind of leak in the bathroom, non-existence of staff etc. But the real problem - and it is a very serious one - is the noise. Read the other reviews: so many mention the noise that it's obvious this is a serious issue here and it's not just a couple of sensitive guests moaning. Reviews have been mentioning the noise for months and the owners have not seen fit to address the lack of soundproofing in the building. As a crash pad ie somewhere to fall into drunkenly at 1am after a night out in Broad Street, this place is probably fine. As a 3-star establishment, it is not fine - it is a nightmare. I heard the voices of anyone who spoke in the corridors, I heard every door opening and closing (and, given the shared bathrooms, people open and close doors a lot), I heard people walking around in the room above mine (in fact, I heard every footstep) and I heard the TV in the room next to me. In short, unless I had been profoundly deaf I would not have found staying here a quiet experience. Reading or working were impossible for me because I am not accustomed to doing those things surrounded by noise. I decided to go out from 8pm to 12.30am and, mercifully, there wasn't much noise in the early hours. It started again early in the morning when some residents got up, presumably to go to work.

  : A member of the staff was not very easy to talk to thus making my check in a difficult task. The soundproofing was not very good, I could hear a lot of noise throughout the night. Finally, I was double charged by the hotel.

  : me mandaron el código de la puerta de la habitación equivocado, y el numero de teléfono del hotel no funcionaba (y no hay servicio de recepción presencial). Suerte que un chico que vivía en la zona de staff de forma permanente me proporcionó el nuevo código para entrar. En general los otros inquilinos eran unos maleducados, desde las 5 am haciendo ruido , dando voces y portazos, otro día llegó gente borracha y peleando de madrugada.
