  : The property was outfitted with pod style coffee makers in the room. It was difficult to bring your own coffee or make a lot of coffee at one time.

  : The location was great, the facility and location were great.
  : The breakfast is included in the room rate. On the 1st day we waited in line for 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast, only to find that 2/3 of the tables were empty. The 2nd day we waited for 30 minutes to be seated and the same thing, 2/3 of the tables were empty. I asked why we had to wait so long and they said they simply didn't have enough help to seat everyone. The breakfast is buffet and very good. as a skier though the lifts open at 9am and I want to ski the freshly groomed runs, both times we were late because of the line. When you pay $225 for a lift ticket you don't want to lose 30 minutes waiting in line for breakfast. The breakfast cost $27 per person, we sign for that each morning even though it is included. I asked for the rest of the week to be refunded and was told I could spend the $27 per person in a ski area food service place or in any retail store they own. Just charge it to my room and they would credit for the breakfast at $27 per person per day. When I went to check out, there was just a credit for one day of breakfasts and they would do what they said they would do. We will not return as I don't like being taken advantage of.

  : Location was amazing and the place was definitely clean and well maintained. And the free laundry was great; brand new machines and easy access.
  : I somehow missed that my room included a double Murphy bed as the main bed. Not ideal. And the property itself felt in need of a good refresh, from the pool/hot tub, to the overall style/decor to little things like a cheap fridge that had a freezer that couldnt be separately set (temp) or a shower door whose frame was meant anyone over 62 could easily hit their head on the shower frame.
