  : The queen size bed was comfortable and the air worked pretty good for the most part although we brought fans with us which helped. Also liked that laundry detergent and dish soap and most everything else that we needed was provided.
  : Shower had hair on the wall so that made me weary on how well it was cleaned, floors weren’t very clean either. I think it could use some extra cleaning but the place overall was nice.

  : It was a very pleasant interior and we had almost all the amenities of home. I appreciated that the property was ready for us to occupy- we didn’t have to worry about the heat/cold. And the deck/porch was a nice place to sit down and relax after the long trip.
  : The shower in the master bathroom was not working. Some of the things in the cabinets were just crowded in. The driveway was a little tricky to find and navigate.

  : The flooring is coming up in places , the showers were nasty, the spare toilet rocked on the floor due to soft spot in floor.my wife actually washed the bedding and cleaned the shower before she would let us use it. The master bed had been slept in without changing the sheets and the bed was covered in dog hair. There were roach traps in every cabinet you look in , the porch has rotten boards underneath that allowing the deck surface to sink/push down while walking on it. The trailer house is in dire need of updates/repairs. But the host was really nice. It would be a great place if updated.

  : Kind of hard to get in and out of with a boat.

  : It was close to Kentucky Lake. There were several restaurants close by but many are only open for lunch and/or dinner.
  : All of the things I’m about to list are more of a suggestion as they were minor but could make a trip more enjoyable. The living room furniture has seen better days especially the couch and recliner. I though I didn’t use it I was told the master shower has poor water pressure but the other shower was fine. There were several channel that came in but were scrambled. Maybe the dish needs an adjustment.
