  : The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The standard service in the restaurant by far exceeded standard of the food although, to be fair, a self service buffet anywhere is usually only a little better than school dinner/hospital food standards.We were quickly offered a room change when it became apparent that the key to the small safe was missing.Reception were always happy to call a taxi for us and ready to advise on whatever subject.
  : The mattress on the bed was too soft or maybe too old. The safe was unusable due to the lack of a key. The standard of cuisine available in the restaurant was mostly poor with the exception of dinner on Thursday. There was no kettle in the room. The furniture and walls in our room had stains and damage but that is presumably the fault of clients rather than the hotel.The location is fine if you can walk ok or are a teetotaler and can drive every day. A taxi to the port costs between 7 and 8 euros but a bus can get you most of the way for less than 2.The hotel is above the bus station and I was awakened only once by a bus at 6am my partner found the noise much more intrusive.

  : Breakfast Food was very basic and cold, needs more choice and lid's on hot food. Evening Dinner more variety on veg and potatoes, very disappointing Junior suite - TV needs to be bigger in lounge area, as very small. Settee stained badly so looks dirtyl
