  : The staff of the hotel is really kind and helpful. You have everything there, if you just intend to stay, restaurants, swimming pool, little shop and entertaiment for kids and adults in the evening. It is more for family with small children, rather than for couples or romantic getaway:) there are lots of small kids running around and some quite noisy... swimming pool is nice, was very cold, because the weather wasnt great. We were in Hotel Polinasia, when you book it is not straightforward to know which of the hotels you are going to stay as there are i think 4 hotels on the resort. This one is not on the beach, so need to walk about 15-20 min.
  : Our bathroom was really very smelly... from the drainage... we mentioned it at the reception and they said will send a maintenance guy up, but nothing has changed... in fact I assume is a bigger issue... as the smell was coming back up though the drain of the bath or sink... that was the worst actually... had to keep the door shut so at least it does not come into the rest of the room. The hotel is 20-30 min walk from the train staition and there is a bus stop near, but it does not go to Malaga... i am not sure where they go... so if you do not have a car it is difficult to get around as there is nothig close to the hotel. We had a car, so it was ok... parking is good at the hotel. We went by car to Malaga which is about 20-30 min. and the airport is also 20 min.

  : Nice building, friendly staff, big room with a large balcony
  : Its a bit outdated for the price. If you dont have all inclusive youll pay extra for the water park. the closest restaurant is about 30min walk from the hotel (if you dont wanna eat in)

  : Slot machines for children are too short-lived when a coin is thrown. The pool water was really too cold for children, we visited in May.
