  : spacious one-bedroom suite with very comfortable bed. Very pretty central courtyard, Excellent location for easy access to town and/or freeway
  : The only Hyatt House with no elevator! Took some on-the-spot effort to secure a groundfloor room - make sure to request ahead if you need that! Refrigerator icemaker never worked; room shade had a broken bracket. Not enough tables and chairs for very crowded continental breakfast (which was OK but not exceptional). Very fortunately the weather was pleasant enough to eat breakfast on a patio table outside. Nice sized swimming pool, but way too many leaves. Landscaping in courtyard nice but old and rough - needs updating and more color

  : The apartment had a slight cooking smell in the kitchen and living room from the previous occupant, but with the hvac running for a while, I got used to it.

  : The room was large, had a full kitchen. The general appearance was dusty and dirty. Frig and micro were clean but there was dirt in the corners of the floor and in every floor. There was a separate bedroom that was nice but dated.
  : The bed was horrible, very musty and stiff. Most uncomfortable bed EVER! I booked this hotel SPECIFICALLY, SO MY GRANDKIDS 's COULD SWIM. I CALLED BEFORE BOOKING TO MAKE SURE THE POOL WAS AVAILABLE FOR SWIMMING, I WAS ASSURED IT WAS. UPON ARRIVAL THE KIDS WERE BARELY ABLE TO USE THE POOL. THERE WERE PEOPLE THERE WHO THREW A PARTY AND INVITED SO MANY PEOPLE, IT WAS SO CROWDED. "NOBODY SUPERVISES THE AREA, THERE WERE "GLASS" BEER BOTTLES AND WINE BOTTLES EVERYWHERE.. AFTER AN HOUR OF SWIMMING WE DECIDED TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT DAY AS THE GHETTO PARTY WAS CHECKING OUT THE NEXT DAY. AFTER ORDERING AND HAVING PIZZA, WE GRABBED OUR TOWELS AND FLOATS AND HEADED TO THE POOL ONLY TO FIND IT PADLOCKED. I ANGERLY WENT INSIDE TO ASK WHY AND WAS TOLD A KID HAD AN ACCIDENT AND IT HAD TO BE CLEANED. SO IN CHOOSING THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE POOL WE WERE UNABLE TO USE IT.THE GROUNDS ARE FILTHY, WHEN I CHECKED INTO MY ROOM THERE WAS PAPER TOWELS AND A STRAW ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. DAY TWO IT WAS STILL THERE, I HAD TO KICK IT AWAY. THE GENERAL APPEARANCE OF THE GROUNDS IS DIRTY, VERY UNKEPT! TRASH OVERFLOWING IN EVERY TRASH CAN, TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT. WALKWAYS HAD GARBAGE THROWN ALL OVER "AND" DOGS ARE EVERYWHERE, PEEING AND CRAPING ALONG THE WALKWAYS. ONE GUY EVEN BROUGHT HIS DOG TO BREAKFAST AND WALKED THROUGH THE LINE WITH HIM. MANAGEMENT CONSISTS OF "ONE" PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK. THERE WAS CONSISTENTLY A LONG LINE. ONE MORNING I WANTED TO ASK IF THERE WAS COFFEE AND THE CHICK WAS LITERALLY SITTING AT THE FRONT DESK SLEEPING ( 5:45 AM) RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONALLIKE I SAID I SELECTED THIS PLACE ONLY BECAUSE OF THE POOL. I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS THIS DUMP AGAIN.I PREPAID AND WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED AT MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL WARM AND FUZZY ABOUT THEM AND SURE AS HELL THEY PUT A HOLD ON FUNDS EQUAL TO WHAT I PAID UPON CHECK IN PLUS ANOTHER 100.00. I HAD TO CALL AND SAY WHAT THE HELL.
