  : Friendly reception, nice looking from the outside, reasonable mattress
  : Shockingly flat, horrible pillows which we had to put a folded towel underneath to try and get any sleep and which gave us both a really sore neck all day today, couldn't ask for new pillows as reception closed at 9. Heater just kept blasting hot air out all night and turning the thermostat right down made no difference so we were boiling hot all night. Terrible noise from pipes when other rooms turned on their shower. No real soundproofing between rooms which much reduced the little sleep we could have had.
